My parents came to visit us for a week. It was ssoooooooo awesome to have them in town. Kendall had so much fun with G&G Lap, but I think they had more fun with her. They read to her all kinds of books, her favorites were Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Christmas read by Grandma Lap and Drummer Boy sung by Grandpa Lap. Kendall showed them what a great swimmer she has become, took them to the park and on walks, to White Rock Lake and of course our local Costco for supplies. For Easter, Kendall received a water table from them of which she has had a ball playing with...awesome gift for kids. We had so much fun that they will be coming back in October for the big 2nd birthday. We can't wait cause I think Aunt Lou and Uncle Jon are coming too! It will be a big family slumber party at our house.
Everyone is our Monday afternoon playgroup is doing well. The kids are growing up so fast. Here they all are 8 total with 3 older siblings in the shot. We love our playgroup!!!
My girlfriends Erika & Sigrid met us at the Arboretum for Dallas Blooms in Spring. We had a great time admiring the oh so beautiful scenery and running after the kiddos...I had to pry my child away from the koy pond because she was ready to jump in with those fish.
