Christmas in Dallas 2011

I am so so behind on updating this blog but here goes. We spent Christmas in Dallas this year and had a lovely day. We started off the morning with our stockings, then our traditional Christmas coffee cake, then present opening and then hosted Troy's family for Christmas Dinner! Kendall got a ridiculous amount of gifts this year so I decided to hold several of them back for a later date. Though she loved all her gifts, the absolute favorite was the Disney Princess Pop-Up Castle given to her from Uncle Jon & Aunt Lou. Those two spoil her like crazy, but what are aunts and uncles for right. This castle has been amazing in promoting independent play. Kendall LOVES to go inside and recite all the names of the princesses: Bell, Arial, Punzle, Rella, White, Beauty, and T. She reads books in her castle, plays with her dolls and stuffed animals and puts her Fisher Price Door in the castle so she will have music and practice her dancing of course.
