Griffis Family Blog: Park Time with Friends

Just before we headed out for the holidays to our respective families, my girlfriend Karrie and her two sweeties, Sophia 3 and Jacob 15 months, met K and I at the park. This was not just any park. This is the meca of parks for young kids. They have four different play areas all of which have swings, slides, forts, and things you can ride; each area gets progressively more advanced. Since it was 70 plus degrees that day, everyone else 4 and under decided they should go to this park also. Oh well we had a great time even if there were a lot of us.

Since it was only 4:30pm when we finished at the park, K and I decided to go over to the Karrie's house and continue our play time...since we knew our hubbies wouldn't get off work for several hours. Whenever we do that, one of them always comes home early. This time it was mine; he remembered we had church...I forgot and had to rush home!
