For most major holidays, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden goes all out making their grounds look reflect the holiday spirit. Today we went there with our friends, the Tellez Family, to ring in Fall and get in the Halloween Mood. The Arboretum grounds always look so amazing with all the beautiful flowers, trees and greenery, but as you can see from the pictures they really outdid themselves this year. We had such a good time and the kids loved it. Afterwards we all went our friends, the Miller's home, for pizza and a little playtime before bed. What a great day! Thanks Rolando, Shandra, Aaron, & Sarah for so much fun. Lets do it again real soon.
Oh one more thing to mention....Kendall took her first steps at the Miller's home, 2 to be exact. Good job Kendall~ keep it up! Tomorrow Kendall and I are going to Stride Right to look for a pair of shoes for her.
That park is amazing! Baker would totally say that those pumpkin houses look just like a Tinkberbell house :-)
